Please read carefully of the information pertaining to our products and arts. 

• Requesting cancellations after preorders sales will be immediately denied. Please understand that preorders are based on quantities made to purchase.
• All arts are made by the artist, Elyera, unless otherwise stated and will not tolerate stolen arts, accused the use of genAI, and spread false information on our company and artist(s). 
• Preorders will take 2-4 months after the closing date for shipment to start. 
• On hands products will take 4-6 weeks for shipment. 
  
• All inspiring arts will have licensing rights from the authors and publishers. Any unlicensed products will be considered incentives only.
