Refund policy
On hands items (ready to go)
-Returns and refunds are not allowed once purchased. All items final.
-Replacements are only allowed if the product is damaged at least .5cm BEFORE transit.
-Refunds can only be offered if the shipment is 4 weeks longer than the supposed date of shipment. Do not do chargeback, please reach out personally, and we will help you resolve the situation as best as we can.
-If you have a missing item, contact us and we will get that resolve for you.
-Please note that you will have two (2) weeks to request any refunds or replacement after you received the product(s).
Preorder items
-Cancellations can only be honor within the sale timeframe. Once sales end, we cannot cancel any items as they go straight to production after finalization with the digital product files.
-Replacements are only allowed if the product is damaged at least .5cm BEFORE transit.
