Shipping policy

All shipments are final once orders are stated as "fulfilled" or "delivered". 

Please note that shipment for preorders will take 2-4 months for shipment to start. On hands will take 4-6 weeks for shipment to start. 

If you need to change your address, please reach out to us before the shipment process. Once shipping label is created, we cannot change the address.
